Growth Hacker

PodiumIO.com is looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are self-motivated and experienced marketer who is comfortable working in all stages of the customer acquisition and inbounding marketing funnel, we’d love to talk to you.

As a Growth Hacker, you will lead the development and implementation of PodiumIO’s Revenue Growth strategy. If you are looking for a work environment where your active involvement in the decision making process is a necessity, you are at the right place!

The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of seamlessly moving between very strategic initiatives and day activities of a growing start-up.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing, inbound channels, and by creating new unchartered techniques.
  • Implementing paid and non-paid digital growth strategies.
  • Taking an iterative data-driven approach to understanding the efficacy of various paid and organic channels to grow and optimize them effectively.
  • Creating and launching new strategic channel opportunities including referral, affiliate & other such programs to rapidly scale our customer base.
  • Working closely with our engineering team, product team and founders.
  • Creating, implementing and overseeing all on-page SEO optimization efforts and SEO-related content.
  • Creating and optimizing non-paid and paid acquisition campaigns both offline & online (website, social media & blogs) in order to maximize click-through rates, signups and conversions.
  • Working closely on the customer on-boarding process to conduct and coordinate email marketing campaigns, cold-calling and other outbound initiatives.
  • Creating and taking responsibility of the Digital Marketing Plan and Budget.
  • Executing PodiumIO’s social media strategy.
  • Assisting in website and landing page projects to maximize CAC, CPA, CPC, etc.
  • Monitoring and analyzing all online metrics for performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Leading external link-building efforts, as well as coordinating campaign concepts and execution.
  • Creating advertising campaigns through affiliate websites and online advertising tool.

  • A strong creative, branding and product-oriented background
  • MUST HAVE completed a Bachelor degree
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
Pluses
  • Graphic Design experience
  • Customer On-Boarding or Support Experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Microsoft suite
  • Web Building experience (HMTL, CSS, WordPress)
  • Familiar with Anti-spam laws
