Customer On-Boarding, Support & Sales

PodiumIO.com is looking for an enthusiastic Customer On-boarding, Support & Sales leader to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a self-motivated and experienced Customer On-Boarding Professional who is comfortable working in all stages of the customer acquisition and on-boarding process, we’d love to talk to you.

The ideal candidate is someone who simply loves the challenge of outbound marketing via all communication vehicles with a particular accent on live customer interaction over phone, videoconferencing and video/screen-sharing tools. You are a self-starter and capable of seamlessly moving between very strategic initiatives and day to operational activities of a startup.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying, creating & tracking prospect client lists via online, 3rd party channels, online chat or other acquired sources.
  • Working with the team to define and execute all CRM and on-boarding strategies for PodiumIO.
  • Actively contacting customers, with the objective on converting prospects, signups and “free” users into paying customers.
  • Developing, defining and preparing the on-boarding scripts and protocols in order to accelerate on-boarding of customers and to optimize the timing and speed of conversion.
  • Preparing and documenting the various strategies to be used by future PodiumIO customer agents.
  • Managing and executing PodiumIO’s Outbound & Inbound marketing communication process.
  • Being the Power-user for PodiumIO’s client data base & CRM (currently Hubspot).
  • Ensuring PodiumIO customer acquisition targets are clearly defined, communicated & achieved.
  • Overall, assuming the initial role to build PodiumIO’s future Inbound/Outbound marketing and Customer Care organizations.
About You

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various videoconferencing and screen-sharing technologies (join.me, etc.)
  • Knowledge of a CRM (we currently use Hubspot, but this is not a prerequisite for the position)
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Independent, proactive individual
  • A strong creative, branding, and product background
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) & ideally French
  • MUST HAVE completed a Bachelor degree
Pluses
  • Graphic Design experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Microsoft suite
  • Web Building experience (HMTL, CSS, WordPress)
  • Familiar with Anti-spam laws
