If you are a self-motivated and experienced Customer Support professional who is comfortable working in all stages of the customer acquisition, onboarding and support process, we’d love to talk to you.
As a Customer Support Specialist at PodiumIO, you will provide full-time technical & useability support assistance for our All-in-1-Ecommerce platform dedicated to helping home service SMB’s i) sell their services online and ii) simplifying & automating their entire operations. Our Support Specialist works side by side with our Business Development team and focuses on helping customers needing assistance during both the onboarding stage and the post activation stage. You will be in contact on a daily basis with our customers via phone, zoom, chat and email.
