Customer On-Boarding, Support & Sales

PodiumIO.com is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support leader to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a self-motivated and experienced Customer Support professional who is comfortable working in all stages of the customer acquisition, onboarding and support process, we’d love to talk to you.

As a Customer Support Specialist at PodiumIO, you will provide full-time technical & useability support assistance for our All-in-1-Ecommerce platform dedicated to helping home service SMB’s i) sell their services online and ii) simplifying & automating their entire operations.  Our Support Specialist works side by side with our Business Development team and focuses on helping customers needing assistance during both the onboarding stage and the post activation stage.  You will be in contact on a daily basis with our customers via phone, zoom, chat and email.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Provide excellent technical support and customer service to our customers on all aspects of PodiumIO’s All-in-1 Ecommerce solution
  • Use consistent troubleshooting techniques to rapidly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution
  • Properly document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Follow escalation procedures as required
  • Liaise with team leaders to best handle day to day situations to better customer experiences
  • Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management
What you'll be bringing to the team
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple incoming requests
  • An ability to convey a customer-focused attitude
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Self-starter who also works well in a team environment
Even better if you have, but not necessary
  • Computer hardware and networking experience
  • Home Services Industry Knowledge and business savvyness.
  • Strong computer and CRM skills with working knowledge of Hubspot
  • Technical problem solving experience
